Though Ali supposedly "crushed" her the last time, she doesn't hold any ill will, and after a brief tug of war, they are touching and groping. They spend a night together, which results in two things for Cara: orgasm and closure. While her body said yes, her mind and heart still said no, so she sends Ali on his way. His visit, however, shined a big spotlight on Cara's self-image and body issues. A friendly pinch from Chris as she got ready for a date with Ali sent her into a complete breakdown. Chris and Keri are confused by the reaction and Keri and Tonya wonder if Cara has an eating disorder. Chris, however, goes directly to the source and discusses the situation with Cara. He imparts some of his recovery wisdom to her and the friends make up with a kiss.
