Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (US): Tonight's returning contestant is Jane Oviatt. She won $32,000 last time with 1 lifeline intact: Ask the Audience, which she uses on her $125,000 question asking what artist popularized the sculpture with movable parts known as the mobile (Alexander Calder). Luckily, they come through and win Jane $125,000, which she walks away with when she couldn't place the letter that does not exist in the Hawaiian alphabet (T). Next to take his shot at the million is David Patrick. He makes $8,000 without a problem but needed to ask the audience on the $16,000 question asking who the last character to be eaten by a shark in "Jaws" was (Quint). When the audience came through, his next question asked what organization coined the national "Take Our Daughters to Work Day" (Ms. Foundation for Women). He used his 50:50, which left him League of Women Voters and Ms. Foundation for Women. He made a correct choice and won $32,000. He got his $64,000 question right no hesitation but he needed to PAF on his $125,000 question asking what country is not on the Equator (Chile). His PAF guessed Chile but David didn't want to risk it so he stopped with $64,000. The PAF was right! Oh well. Next up is Rob Berman. He needed to ask the audience on the $500 question, asking who alone can make a tree (God). After that, he was able to make $16,000 with no further trouble. But his $32,000 question which asked what temperature water freezes at (32 Fahrenheit) called for a 50:50. Something finally clicked in his head after he used the 50:50 and he made the correct choice. He then made $125,000 with flying colors but his $250,000 question asking who the patron saint of lost causes is (St. Jude) gave him some problems. He phoned his Mom, who had no idea. Since he didn't have a clue either, he decided to stop with $125,000. Next to take his turn is Chad Harp. He needed a 50:50 to figure out what food is normally "shucked" before eating (Oysters) for $200. He got it right and then time ran out. He'll be back next time to go for $1,000,000.
