His $32,000 question was no problem but he guessed wrong after using his 50:50 on his $64,000 question asking how many men walked on the moon (12). Next player is Dan Dagey. He made $500 with no problem but needed backup on his $1,000 question from the audience. The audience was right. He then needed help from a PAF at $8,000 asking where Henry David Thoreau spent two years searching for a simpler life (Walden Pond). He got through his $16,000 but he used a 50:50 on his $32,000 question to find out what character says, 'I have always depended on the kindness of strangers' (Blanche Dubois). He guessed correctly, though. But he guessed incorrectly on his $64,000 question, leaving with $32,000. Up now is Brent Austin. He cruised to $8,000 with no hesitation but it took two lifelines on his $16,000 question to figure what American folk artist didn't begin painting until her seventies (Grandma Moses). He used the 50:50 first, then his ATA. He then made $64,000 with no further problems but he needed to use a PAF on his $125,000 question asking what talk show host once worked as an aide on Robert F. Kennedy's presidential campaign (Jerry Springer). His PAF said Maury Povich. After some deliberation, Brent went with his PAF, but got a bum steer. At least he left with $32,000. Last person in the hot seat was Jennifer Mullins. She had to get $200 before the buzzer went off. She'd be back next show to take her shot at the $1,000,000.
